Waited almost 30 minutes.<br /><br />Beverly: I read recently that male mallards molt and look like females for awhile - had always wondered where the males 'went.'<br /><br />Jerry: Up here on the North Shore the geese act as crossing guards while the ducks waddle to the other side.
