When there is no system in place to evaluate a business statement for the allocation of resources this is the result. I would bet that there is no process to allocate "block time" is most operating rooms and when it is allocated, the is no physician led actionable utilization review process.
Why?
Medical education is about clinical skill not care delivery skill.
Where is the video of them throwing instruments around the room and screaming?
