The Risky Business conference in London just ended. Here's a video of one of the most moving talks of the two-day session. Pedro Algorta was one of the survivors of the Uruguayan rugby team that was on an airplane that crashed into the Andes air crash many years ago (Alive!). Note his elegant and simple style and the wisdom of his remarks.
