Addressing scapegoating in North Carolina

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina is using the humor of an ad campaign to get across the complexities in the health care system. Take a look at their concept, Let's Talk Cost, here. I think it is really nicely done. Here's one of the ads:

  1. If you take a close look at the comments posted on the BCBSNC 'Let's Talk Cost' site, you'll see that there are very few - EXCEPT for the section on insurance companies, which overflows with negative comments about BCBSNC. Perhaps not the 'range of public opinion' they were looking for?
