I was wondering if you could share your thoughts regarding the shortage of health care workers (e.g., nurses, pharmacists, radiologists, etc.). Is it overblown or real? How significant?
What is the industry doing to attract more young people to health care fields? Most of these fields certainly demand a high level of education investment for specialized training. It would seem it would make sense for providers to work on their own or in concert to lower this entry barrier by partial subsidization.
