This is a blog by a former CEO of a large Boston hospital to share thoughts about negotiation theory and practice, leadership training and mentoring, and teaching.
Paul, Thanks for posting this link. It gives those of us far away, but connected to you and the BIDMC community, a chance to honor the passing of your community members like we do our own. A great story about a graceful end to a life that contributed to so many.
Over the years, a characteristic I have noted about working in hospitals is it provides the opportunity to be connected to people at all stages of life - birth to death - and to appreciate the ongoing growth and development that occurs with all of us - most especially when we face serious life-threatening illness.
Thanks again - world's greatest - most authentic - straight from the heart - Blog. /Dr. Pete
