Neonatal inventor
Here is a wonderful story about MGH's Dr. Kris Olson. Read it and feel good.
I first met Kris when he returned from the refugee camps along the Thai-Burmese border as the first Thomas F. Durant Fellow in Refugee Medicine. He described the challenges of life and health care delivery. I will always remember his stories, which were so inspiring, and one in particular about using bubble wrap -- that's all he had -- to increase an infant's temperature. He saved that child's life.
