Bossche bols are good for you. Right.
Believe it or not,
these are miniature Bossche bols. They were served today during a meeting break
at Jeroen Bosch Hospital, where I was giving a couple of seminars. (More on that topic later.)
Wikipedia describes the full size one like this: It is effectively a
large profiterole, about 12 cm/5" in diameter (i.e. somewhat larger than
a tennis ball), filled with whipped cream and coated entirely or almost
entirely with (usually dark) chocolate.
