How good ideas get killed
Borrowed from Lucien Engelen on Facebook. This reminds me of some places I've visited!
Sounds like the Finance Committees and task forces, sponsors embedded across Boston healthcare that are stacked with whitecoats, lawyers, corporate suits just waiting for some stooge to present a new idea.
Can we see ourselves in the mirror when our heads are below ground ?
Boy, I can relate. After submitting results from several focus groups just to have them killed in committee (sponsored by selfsame committee I might add), I figure the innovation team might as well report directly to the Finance department.

ReplyDeleteI also saw this on Facebook. At first I laughed, and then I said to myself, why am I laughing? This is a tragedy.
