A friend sent me this training page that appears to be from the SEIU. The link to the website from which it was obtained is disabled. Maybe someone from the union can point us to the document's new location. Maybe not. It was entitled, "For internal use only -- Not for distribution."

If you would like a vote on favorites, I like the "company dominated system" for secret ballot! Goes against the grain abit. Aren't we fighting abroad for the American values of free and fair elections?
Having lived through a decertification effort on the part of nursing assistants, secret was essential. And even with that, the harrassment by the union of those employees was shameful if not criminal. The secret ballot goes both ways.
