Ya know, I'm sorry to say this, but to me bicyclists sharing lanes with cars simply provides fodder for neurosurgeons or worse, for my (former) autopsy suite. I wish it were otherwise, but there's only one consistent loser in these situations, and it ain't the motorist.

I saw them too the other day walking down Longwood. Thought they may have been for Mini Coopers :-) Confusing as all heck and I suspect they will help increase ED volume. Hard to say the town has problems with bicycle advocates.
